About your Bill
Each customer's water meter is read every two months, or approximately every 60 days. After the reading, a bill is sent to the customer reflecting the number of units used during that period. One unit of water is measured as a CCF (one hundred cubic feet), which is equivalent to 748 gallons. Learn more on our How to Read Your Bill page.
For more details on how your bill is calculated, please review our Rates and Fees page.
Bills are due on or before the date specified on your billing statement. Delinquent accounts will incur a $10 late payment fee. To avoid this late fee, your payment must be received by the District by 5:00 PM on the due date.

Discontinuation of Water Service for Non-Payment
Under the guidance of Senate Bill 998 (SB 998), the Water Shutoff Protection Act, the District is required to provide a written policy for discontinuation of water service due to non-payment. We encourage customers who may be facing financial difficulties to contact our office to inquire about payment plans to manage past due balances.
