In August, 2025, the District began its transition from touch-read meters to Neptune MACH 10 Ultrasonic Meters with Advanced Meter Infrastruture (AMI) technology.  With AMI technology, meter readings are recorded multiple times per day, allowing customers to easily monitor their own water use.

New water meters display water usage in cubic feet, which is also the measurement used on Neptune My360 Customer Portal.
